That's sad, it sucks when support can even help you get an issue resolved ASAP. I just checked their subreddit and there are some complaints similar to yours of customers having their accounts blocked. I don't know where you are from, but I suggest you look for better alternatives. Robinhood might not be the best alternative. Try the likes of Kraken.com

Also, continue making a lot of noise about your account block on public forums and platforms such as x.com and their subreddit. Maybe they will be compelled to help you after seeing the negative publicity.

I am not a user of these exchanges, and I understand the issue you are facing, can you please provide some evidence to support your accusation as you did not provide any information about the amount that was withdrawn twice from your bank account, nor any information about the remaining funds with Gemini. You also haven’t shared any screenshots of the emails you received from them. And the duration you spent while your account was frozen.

Anyway, You should probably open a ticket through this [link] and wait for their response to review your account because it is clear that the cancellation of the second withdrawal from your bank account is what led to your Gemini account being frozen as a security measure.

What's the official reason they gave you for freezing your account? Have they asked you to provide additional documents (sources of funds, re-do KYC, etc.)? When did this happen?

In any case, they're notorious for having horrible / extremely slow support.

PLEASE USE CAUTION !!!!!!!! I purchased crypto through Gemini and they withdrew twice from my bank account. I let it go and figured I would just invest twice the original amount. Then i deposited more and once again the funds came out twice from my bank account. I called the bank and told them I only wanted this transaction once not two times. My bank cancelled the entire second deposit. Gemini froze my account. for months now , Ive been e-mailing them to unfreeze my account and the only reply ive been getting for months is , " we will get back to you:". I have lost so many opportunities to purchase more crypto so I opened a Robinhood account and have had no issues. I wonder if there is an attorney who could possibly get something done. Im new to this and don't know if Gemini just steals peoples crypto all the time or if Im just having bad luck with them. I have been telling all my family, friends, and coworkers to use Robinhood and DO NOT USE GEMINI ! I will also tell them all to tell all their friends and family not to use them. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
