We are not babysitters, it's up to the users to insure themselves and setup escrow or get collateral. Cyrus might decide otherwise, but I wouldn't "handover" the account details (ignoring the fact that I can't do such a thing). Personally, I don't understand why someone would loan money to someone without any trust ratings prior to the loan and no collateral.
Which I'm certainly aware of.I was talking about certain cases where Loan defaulted accounts have been recovered and handed over to the lender by an admin.To support the case,I couldn't find a link but I do remember Quickseller's issue when a DT member called booleans(forgive me if I didn't get the name right) either defaulted the loan or had faked his account hack.Theymos did gave the account back to QS on request publicly.

Answer : You secure the account by changing password until the loan is repaid.
Bitcointalk admins can do that but God only know how long that would take.You can message Cyrus though,see if he can handover the account details to you.Hope you learned a lesson.
