I'm interested. I heard about this recently on NPR but I don't know of any Bitcoin Companies doing this in GA. Hmm maybe I should do it to start the business I've been working on.  Cool

Hello Sharks,

Is there anybody here from Georgia who is interested in investing in a Georgia based bitcoin company?  Under state rules you can lend up to $5000 to the formation of the company.  The lenders would each hold equity (shares) in the company.

Anyone can now form a Georgia based company under the "Invest Georgia exemption."
