Hoffenheim have also had pretty good results so far and from their 3 matches they have only lost to Freiburg. The two wins they achieved against Heidenheim and Wolfburg gave them a total of 6 points at the moment. Actually, I don't have any more expectations for Hoffenheim because they are just a weak team at the end of the season and are often in the red zone. But it is often their mentality and motivation that can lead them to survive in the Bundesliga competition. I think they will be back for the rest of the season and the rest they will have to make the most of by winning when they face opponents that are equal or that they can beat easily.

Hoffenheim started with a defeat in the first match but won the next two matches.  They played very well against wolfsburg and heidenheim. The important thing is that hoffenheim scored 6 goals in these two matches . Hoffenheim's attack is now quite strong.  Their attacking players are performing well. But their defense is still weak. If Hoffenheim can tighten up their defense then I'd say Hoffenheim have the potential to be in the top 10 of the points table. hoffenheim is a team we usually see very close to the relegation zone. But this season maybe we will see a better performance from Hoffenheim.

The worst thing is done by Dortmund where they always sell their star players, such as releasing Bellingham to Real Madrid. That's why their performance will not always appear at its best in every season. In fact, I think they will not be able to compete at the top this season because other teams are stronger than them, such as Leverkusen and Leipzig. So, this season we have seen Dortmund having difficulty balancing their game because in the previous two matches they failed to get full points. Maybe Bellingham departure will have a big impact on their performance this season. Well, if we talk about the UCL, Dortmund certainly have quite tough opponents in the group phase and I'm sure big obstacles will make it difficult for them to provide competition to qualify for the next round.
Borrusia Dortmund keep repeating this mistake that's on the verge of declining their performance to at least more competitive average club. I was just hoping Dortmund would derived more interest in keeping their talents, who knows by today, alot of things about Bundesliga would be pointed and concentrated by Bayern Munich and only them alone. Borrusia Dortmund making some cool discreet cash from the selling of their talented young players. Dortmund are more interested in making their source remains more stable and reliable, and definitely not the profits from lifting significant titles.

Yes, Dortmund always sells their stars. Apart from Bellingham, it will be their regret. I also want to mention Erling Haaland. 51 million pounds, Man City made one of the century's bargains, of the century, an actual robbery. Dortmund is still making that mistake.
Personally, I think they still see the potential of those players. But financially, they are in need. Dortmund forced them to sell their good players. Perhaps they have fewer financial sponsors than the Premier League or La Liga.

Dortmund needs to do that caused by it's not financially good like bayern. The team needs to use it as a business to keep the club running without getting financial problem since DFL was not allowing the abroad investors to invest their money in bundesliga.
Let's see what's gonna happen with during the competition. Even though Dortmund sold many players to another club, they still managed to get to second place, which is better than Leipzig or Leverkusen.
We shall not judge dortmund's performance easily. I would not be denying if some players like haller needs more time to play in the club.

Dortmund will able to find its rythm again with the running of season.

I think that this time Dortmundo is worse than in past seasons, see that even in past seasons they weren't playing for the title, they were lucky that last season they were very close to winning the bundesliga, all they needed to do was win the mainz, I I even bet on Dortmundo in that last league game against Mainz, I was very convinced that Dortmundo wouldn't lose, but I confess that what I saw in that game was horrible, Dortmundo wasn't playing motivated even though they knew that winning the Bundesliga was at stake. it seemed that in that game they just weren't interested in winning the bundesliga

Now I ask: if they just needed a victory to win the Bundesliga and didn't show any interest, then does anyone here believe that they made an effort this season and why would they make an effort this season? they have no goal of achieving anything. let's look:

Dortmundo, in 3 games only scored 4 goals, while their direct opponents such as: Bayern, Leverkusen, Leipzig, Union Berlin, all 4 teams I mentioned have 8 goals or more scored, this shows that Dortmundo's attacking power is very weak, although they have not lost in any of the 3 games they have played this season, I fear that when they play against medium and strong teams then they will lose in those games. for example, in the next game of dortmundo will be against freiburg, but in this game, probably, dortmundo will be forced to spare players because 4 days later they will have a game of the european champions league and it will be the game against PSG, dortmundo is more Interested in the money and moving on to another stage of the European Champions League is more important than the Bundesliga game against Freiburg. that's why I see dortmundo losing against freiburg

good performance shown by Hoffenheim at the start of this season could be good start to history or it could be a good start with the end of season still being same as last season because the few wins that Hoffenheim managed to secure, they only competed against teams that were little far below their performance and I just want looking at its performance after facing team like Dortmund or Bayern munich or at least Union berlin will provide evidence of whether Hoffenheim can remain consistent and if hoffenheim can get past this big team at least the result will be a draw. I am sure that Hoffenheim will have big changes this season.

we must not be skeptical about small team, which sometimes experience changes in performance every season, such as when new players or new coaches arrive who bring good luck to small team.

This is something that's been going on over the years and they're not bothered about losing their most valuable player because they've got good scouting network across Europe that helps them recruit new youngsters from teams all over the world and to be honest I don't think any team would had been able to challenge a squad that had Lewandowski, Haaland, Sancho, Bellingham and several other top talents across Europe.
I've always considered them a business minded Club because if they really cared about winning a trophy they would had utilitized the players they had instead of developing them and selling them out to others top clubs while it reduces their performance, the sale of Jude Bellingham is really affecting them this season because was their star player but they've cashed in on him and made Realmadrid more stronger.

Dortmund us never a club to talk about, they're another version of Tottenham Hotspur in England. No ambition like they're ready to get into 3 finals and lose them all.
Dortmund have groomed better players like you said but what's the point in getting those players to play their sweat out and at the end of the day is just nothing to show for it.
These days clubs spend to get results (trophies) and not fall back to the money, fine is good to make money but what use is the money when there's no trophy to show for it?
The only man I feel for is Marco Reus, that guy has been on the neck of Bayern Munich since his arrival to the club Dortmund (10yrwband still counting) but all his efforts are for nothing, playing with some of the best players just to get his name to that trophy but no way, too bad to be in a club that has no winning mentality. I believe they (Dortmund) can't get back to that excellent form again.

It is so bad that Dortmund do not even care if selling their players will make the team to be in a bad form, they just keep on selling their players just to generate funds.  If Dortmund was never interested in selling their players Dortmund would have been a great team not just in Bundesliga but also in the Champions league.  Bellingham is a great player that would have been very helpful for Dortmund but they do not think about keeping players to make the performance of the team good,  Dortmund agenda is to sell their players for a huge amount and this has always affected the performance of the team.

well, in the end this season Dortmund has appeared unstable and its performance has greatly decreased since selling reliable players like Bellingham Dortmund must try to build new talents again to be able to immediately improve stable performance this season because even if they do not have reliable players at least Dortmund should not have a decline performance that has been very clear in the last few periods of matches and currently Dortmund has to compete in the UCL preliminary round which is a pressure for Dortmund to improve performance otherwise this team will lose another chance.

and to be honest even so I'm still not sure whether Dortmund will be able to compete with other teams in group F while Dortmund will have to compete with PSG, Milan and Newcastle who are currently in a very strong state.
Dortmund has been like that for a long time, they will never care about a decline in performance, and because no other Bundeliga team has risen so they remain safe at the top of the standings (below Bayern) because there is no significant competition from other teams, so I think this season it will remain like that.

And regarding the competition in the UCL, Dortmund will join the most difficult group with Newcastle, PSG and AC Milan. I think with Dortmund's current performance it seems like there is no chance for them to qualify from this group.

But besides that, players who managed to have a good performance in Dortmund, not all of them can also succeed at their new club. Perhaps a small example also happened to Jadon Sancho who left Dortmund, and then joined Manchester United. But what happened was like a failure and thus, there are still players who fail in their new teams. Although, we will always bring up players who succeeded in their new teams after leaving Dortmund like Lewandowski, Bellingham and many more. But the truth is, not everything goes well but indeed, basically Dortmund always has a way of continuing to produce great players in every transfer window.

For sure there is something like this happening with the players not only with Dortmund players not getting success in their new team well, I think this is pretty much normal at some point because some players will surely have some issues in their new team or their Chemistry will not likely get in link with each other or that player doesn't feel the energy and love on that team than with the old team he has, there are a lot of reasons for this is happening and yeah let's add Sadio Mane in the list with Bayern Munich Julian Nagelsmann didn't know what position he will fit Sadio Mane in the team because he would like to replace him in the stead of Robert Lewandowski, but it failed miserably,

Indeed Victor Boniface outstanding performance this summer has improved Bayer Leverkusen chances. He is in a strong position to compete for the Bundesliga top scorer honour with 4 goals and 2 assists so far. His offensive talent was on display at Saint Gilloise last season with 22 goals and 12 assist. Credit for discovering this gem belongs to Xabi alonso whose appointment as coach has reenergized Leverkusen both in term of strategy and talent scouting. It is exciting to think about the next match between Bayern munich and Bayer Leverkusen. It is genuinely admirable how Leverkusen has changed under Xabi Alonso direction and it is obvious that they are headed in the right direction to contend for the Bundesliga championship.

That was a quiet find for Xavi Alonso and Bayern Leverkusen For sure some fans will switch side knowing this or they will try to bet for Leverkusen for the 1st time while knowing that the odds was quite good because Leverkusen is the Underdog, well that is if the Leverkusen will win against Bayern Munich but it is a good bet for sure, but it is risky to try, and still a good chance to make a win,

Well because of this long break we are having for sure both teams will have time to prepare and get tactics and make Harry Kane in his superior mode once the game progresses while Leverkusen will need to muster up something in this game that is why this game is really exciting,

I see that Union Berlin have started the season with great form, and for anyone that has been watching their matches, they definitely know that the team is ready for this season, and with that, they may end in a good position in this on-going Bundesliga competition. All they need now is not to relex but to continue with the good form they have started with. Their next match is going to be against Wolfsburg, and Union Berlin will be on the road, but I still believe they will try their best and come out with a point despite Wolfsburg having also started strong.

Wolfsburg are also decent for now. I remember them not far from the relegation zone in the 2021/22 season. But they have started to make a good progress after that. Now maybe they can be even more competitive for European tournaments. Because they finished the previous season at a really good position which must have improved the expectations too.

Top 6 teams join these tournaments and the competition would be tough for that as usual. It won't be easy for Wolfsburg. The youngster Jonas Wind is really impressive so far with 4 goals in 3 games. He can play an important role in case of a good success.

Union Berlin got a really big hit by Leipzig home the last time. If they didn't get that red card maybe things could have been better. Because Leipzig were comfortable to increase the goal gap with them after that red card. However I can still consider Union Berlin's start quite decent as they have collected 6 points.

They can be one of the teams being competitive for top 4 again if they keep consistent mostly. They are going to play in the Champions League at the same time so they will need to deal with their tight schedule well too. If they have a good balance I think we will watch decent performances from them in the Bundesliga.

The red card was the real opportunity Leipzig capitalized on to be able to beat Union Berlin with three goals, if not, I don't think they can defeat Union Berlin with three goals without Union Berlin scoring any goals. For those that watch the game, especially the first half, they will see that Union Berlin did not take it easy for Leipzig; in fact,  if it was not for the red card, I may say that there may be a possibility that Union Berlin may equalize the first goal and end up draw because they are also trying some dangerous attacks, but the red card can just later spoil everything for them.

I see that Union Berlin have started the season with great form, and for anyone that has been watching their matches, they definitely know that the team is ready for this season, and with that, they may end in a good position in this on-going Bundesliga competition. Dortmund football club is just following their pattern of business and that is the way that they profit in the sports business. You cannot tell them to abandon their method. In the German Bundesliga, we can attest that Bayern Munich has dominated all the trophies for more than a decade. So grooming of young players and selling them at exorbitant prices is the way that Dortmund will prosper and make their money. That was exactly what Wenger was doing in England with Arsenal because they were unable to contents with average players he needed to groom them sell them and make money for the club.
Anyone who is here will know how the Dortmund club has been in business for a long time, making profit from selling their best players, which until now we admit that Dortmund will not think too much about a title that has never been obtained before, and most likely even have a goal of getting the UCL trophy. Dortmund list of goal will be on the list of only getting new, young player after training them to be able to develop talent so that they are more reliable and then selling them to big clubs at very high prices.

Since knowing the background of Dortmund which is famous for its business when last season it failed to win the Bundesliga title I would not be surprised because this is one of dortmund goals not to chase the title too much and I am just guessing that at the start of this season Dortmund looks a little worse than last season but Let's see, in the middle of season, surprisingly, this club will improve the quality of its performance and there will be names of new players who are very talented and will be linked to big clubs so that when the transfer market open, many club will bid high amount.

You're right over the years that's what they've been known for, from Lewandowksi to the current Jude Bellingham that's been very Fantastic for Realmadrid  and is currently their star player, they're good at buying young prospects for a cheaper fee, develop them into future stars then sell them for a huge fee to top European clubs and over the years they've been successful in it and has cashed in on their young stars.
This season they still got young talented players that they could benefit from financially next summer and one player I believe one player that could really succeed this season is Karim Adeyemi, he performed brilliantly last season but has not really been very impressive due to the teams performance but individually he's a good player and does it brilliantly for his team and when the team bounce back to full form, we'll see the best of Adeyemi this season.

That's why Bayern Munchen was able to dominate the Bundesliga for a decade, there are lots of big names they have orbited over the years. In the end, Dortmund management always let him go in the transfer market, and the consequences for the club were very real, namely a decline in performance.
The consequences received by the Dortmund team are very worthy consequences and it seems that Dortmund also doesn't mind it for themselves because they can get more money through the transfer market when releasing the best players. But for this season I still really want to see Dortmund compete at the top to make it difficult for Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen.

Quote
This season Laverkusen is a team that really deserves to challenge for the championship, and has the potential to break Munchen dominance. Xabi Alonso squad could be a serious challenge for Tuchel, the first three matches show they are very promising this season.
This is already starting to be seen at Bayer Leverkusen, although I am still not sure that Bayer Leverkusen can be consistent enough until the end of the season. Because Bayern Munich themselves will continue to try their best to continue to win another title this season by relying on the best players they have bought in the transfer market this season.

What they say is very true, for me of all the teams in the Bundelsiga the best is so far with signings and everything is Bayern, for me it is one of the best armed teams, which can do many good things, in particular I believe From what I have seen about Harry Kane, he has done very well and may continue to do better, because language barriers are not an issue for him, as far as I am concerned this team can easily reach the final of the UCL, and obviously for me the undisputed winner of the Bundesliga is Byaern, for me Dormtund is very good, but I think they have lost a little level, I don't see them as good as I saw them last season, they were close to win the Bundesliga, and well that is something that greatly excited their fans, because they said or thought that they were going to make history, now I see Byaern better settled, however this what favored Bayern the most was that Kane arrived For the rest, I don't think Hubiece was so successful. You have to see that only one star can change the meaning of an entire team and give it life. This is something that can happen in a very random way. There's a reason why they were doing so many negotiations with Tottenham. that they did not want to let this valuable player go, now with Bayern, Harry Kane will be able to enjoy new titles that I am sure he will win, and although many say that the Bundlisega is very weak regarding the PL, well, I see this very opr team above many, so I do believe they can make a difference.

Of course the Bundesliga is not just Union Berlin, nor is it just Dortmund, it has a lot to do to establish itself as one of the best leagues, now these teams have strengthened themselves very well, and I think that if they can do something very good, this Maybe we can see a Baeryn maybe in the UCL final? MAYBE, why not? Is that what many have in mind, and above the Spanish euqiops? and with an Italian team? The possibilities are open for all these teams.

If only they had reduced the number of sales of their quality players and kept more within the club to achieve, I'm sure they would have achieved something impressive by now and maybe they could have won the Champions League for the second time. But that's them, business is business, if there is a player who has the potential to bring in a lot of money they will not hesitate to let him go, even if that player is a very scary specter and has contributed a lot to them while in the squad.
And yes that's Drotmund with all its business. Lol

We can't complain about this in Dortmund because that's how their business works in Dortmund and that's how they make money. Dortmund usually invests in younger talents and grows these players after a few seasons they will sell these players to other top teams for much more money, however, I think there are many other players who were playing for Dortmund and then Bayern Munich bought them for more money.

Dortmund's main goal is to make money by selling the best players in their squad. And this is their business. That's what we've been seeing for the past few seasons. Had Dortmund not sold Haaland and Bellingham, this team would have been stronger. And could challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title. But they don't want to win the title. Their goal is to make money. This is why we only see Bayern Munich dominate the Bundesliga every season. Even with the ability of a team like Dortmund, they cannot dominate the Bundesliga.

Dortmund are in the toughest group in the Champions League. PSG, Newcastle and PSV are all strong teams. And it is not surprising that Dortmund did not win a single match in this year's Champions League. Every team is stronger than Dortmund.

Hmmm... It's hard to disagree with the fact that Dortmund is more focused on business than winning trophies, and in terms of business they are doing well.
But I don’t understand about the Champions League - at the moment, not a single club has won a single match because the group stage has not yet started  Wink But if you saw the future and gave us an insider... Oh, I wish I knew the results of the games in advance  Roll Eyes

For Dortmund in a season not selling one or more talented players is like feeling that something is missing and they will do that continuously. It has become a tradition for Dortmund to release talented players and it is not surprising that in the end they have only been a business club for more than a decade. It seems that Dortmund's owner doesn't mind this either and what is important is how this team can survive in the competition with stable finances. I think we will still see this tradition for a very long time and again for them the title is not that important as long as they can make a lot of money from selling their players.
