I would guess that national break will be a trouble not just for injuries but also fatigue as well, players ending up playing this many games all season long, some play even more than 50 games a season due to league, national team, cup, champions league and all that.

It should be reminded that playing 50 games is not that easy, these people run 10+ km in 1.5 hours every time they do that, and that alone is a huge thing in itself, they do train and all too, so it is really just a huge deal for their body, eventually some of them just get way too tired.
