Yes, that's the post and my initial response. At the time, I wasn't gonna totally call them a scam, but now I'm ready. They are indeed a scam.

Sadly, I am here to verify that they are indeed a scam operation. Yes, I know, I should have done my research first, but it is what it is now. 
After I saw a post they made on Reddit (without any down votes at the time ironically), I ordered a Red Fury from Gersics.com and paid my .2 BTC using the payment address they provided at checkout. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from Gersics.com. I emailed them trying to get some sort of order confirmation, and have received no reply and have not received the ASIC.
There is nothing I can do about being scammed, but I wanted to share my experience with them so far before anyone else orders from them. IF and when I receive my ASIC and/or a response to my email inquiries, I'll issue a full and public retraction of this comment.
Here's hoping they do the right thing! /u/Gersics, please feel free to respond to this post publicly or PM me privately here or on Reddit.

Honestly, no offence and I really do feel sorry for you that you lost money but at this point I seriously think that anyone who falls for this kind of scam deserves to get scammed. If you are planning on investing a large amount of money with any company, you should always ask around and do your research.
