mixer is your friend.
There so many things wrong here. Firstly you can get a much better rate with a mixer. Secondly you dont mix the actual coins you mix the transactions so they can't be traced back to your wallet. Next is you say we can do $5 at a time ? I'll do thst but you go first. Send $5.50 and get back $5. You will say no I know this because will will run if I send first. Also are you stupid ? Sending to someone and getting bitcoin back is not mixing. You think the coins are what you mix ? You dont understand bitcoin at all and therefore I dont believe you habe 1btc. If you were serious sign your wallet and prove it. But you won't.

Better some online exchange or some gambling sites. Because AFAIK, Most of the online exchanges and gambling sites were using shared wallet. So if you try to send your coins to any online exchange or a gambling site and withdraw after few confirmations, you'll not receive from the same address. Or try me by escrow and give me few hours and i'll send you from different time may be!

Adress A => Your Adress where you have you own bitcoin
Adress B => your new adress where you will receive my bitcoins
Adress A' => My adress where i have 1,1 BTC
Adress B' => My adress where i will receive your bitcoins
For example
I Send you from adress A' to B 5.5$
Then
You send me from A to B' 5$

Why not just use a mixing service like bitmixer or cryptomixer. They can do this for you without the hassle of dealing with anybody else but the site itself. So far they don't have any issues or scam accusation, so I think both services can be trusted with your coins.
using services like those will mix your coins with someone who also wanna mix his coins too, doing it with a lambda is risked a bit but its way better than mixing your coins with people from the DW
