Google was never really banned crypto-related websites from Adsense. They ban Adsense from faucets because it's websites without any real content, usually, most of the traffic from there is a fake and they don't allow any paid traffic or click to his ads which faucets basically are. So if you pay for visitors, you can't have Adsense ads on your page.
I have faucet list a few years ago, and I have AdSense for a few months before they ban me. There is some content on site, and most of the traffic was from real users who claim from faucets. If they had practiced such a practice for years, at some point they decided to change the decision, regardless of the traffic and content that was on the page.

I do not know how, but some faucets still have AdSense today, maybe there are some tricks they know. One faucet owner is said to me that he will not have problems, as long as he uses only their ads.

Still, I'm interested in one thing, if one site is banned from using AdSense in the past, is there a possibility of re-approval?

If your website was banned you cannot re-apply for the same.

What you can do is change the domain name and the create a new email ID related to the domain name. Remove the faucet for the website for now. Stuff it with some 15 to 20 unique articles with minimum word count of 600 words and then re-apply after three months.

Later on after it gets approved you can add the faucet once again with a small adjustment on your website.

If you are interested I can help you with that.

That is correct if your website was banned once you will never be able to get approval next time. Google policy does not say that they will not approve crypto blogs.

But, they are not giving approval easily. If OP can help you with the approval for a small amount then I think anyone who  is struggling to get approval on any blog or website should contact him.

There are those doing it without AdSense' consent (i.e. submit theirs as article sites but later added faucets) so Google has to automatically re-check them.

As a publisher myself, the rules are such that it's a strict no-no to associate AdSense with anything related to click frauds or any UX that goes against a user's wishes such as multiple popups.

For sites banned, chances to appeal or reapply are pretty much zero.

How long you are in Adsense business? Is it cointikka your first Co-Founded project using Adsense?
Your service, accept all of the types of Adsense accounts?
Your service, accept all of the types of websites? Is there any restriction about which hosting can't use?

I am a content writer and Blogger. This is my first cryptocurrency blog which I co-founded with my friend and I got adsense approved on my website a month ago. I have been in Adsense business for about three years now. Yes, I can only help other websites that follow the Google adsense policy. Hosting does not matter, it is only the content that matters.
in how many attempts you got approved? was that your first attempt to apply for adsense or you got rejected before? I was tried once and got rejected. but now I don't know if I should apply again or not.

Has Google changed any rules regarding the approval of their ads at crypto-related sites? As far as I know, it's not a problem to get approved, but how to not get a ban if your site is have anything with a cryptocurrency.

How long have you been running AdSense ads on your page? I have seen some faucets with their ads in the past months, and some of them run for a few months, but in the end, advertisements have been removed. I know blog and faucet are not the same, but the question remains whether AdSense can be used in the long run on any crypto-related site?

For example, I have 10yrs old fully approved account and I can publish a web page with one single word, Adsense ads will be approved immediately. but I might have a problem if artificially brought traffic trying to monetize fake visitors.
They have two types of accounts. Hosted and no-hosted, I expected from someone with 3yr experience like OP to know that and which acc type can be approved.
probably non-hosted . because hosted adsense is only for google's own products or exclusive partners like Youtube, Blogspot and Hubpages.

It took me two attempts to get the approval.
No, Google is not giving adsense approval so easily for the crypto blogs.
Yes, I will be dealing with non-hosted.

Ideally you might want to specify the types of payment (e.g. Paypal, Bitcoin, WU) you receive, and perhaps some proofs of the verification so that'd be more convincing.
