Auction itself a way to negotiation where a auctioneer want to sell his goods and services buy way of auction and a buyer will put bids if auctioneer get his deserved price he'll accept buyers bid and sell his goods/service .
I think this topic belong to service announcement or service board where you can negotiate for your sig. campaign space and if you want to auction your sig campaign space then give all info eg min bid and increment per bid no need to write negotiable since auction itself a way of negotiation.
Anyway he need to post minimum bid, bid increment and end date.
