Chinese eventually will regulate and then it will be used in chinese icos, exploding Neo's price like happened with eth.
And yes, it has nothing more special, just an ethereum for chinese users.

NEO is not in China banned ICOs list. It is not even ICO..It is an old rebranded project.

I am thinking the same. It's just an autumn sale. Maybe we are going to have even darker times but prices will recover. Unfortunately, I am not able to withdraw at kraken due to some of their system problems so it seems like I am missing some opportunities.
