Most of these things are scams and I wouldn't even advise any one to involve themselves with it. We have a lot of fraudulent people in the system these days and they are learning new tactics everyday as the old ones are getting stale and known and they are trying new things you wouldn't even suspect. So no, don't do any block ads whatever unless you are sure of it.

This sounds somewhat too good to be true.

Won't there be some security questions? I mean, I guess that your plugin/add-on/whatever will have access to all web pages, which may lead to getting access to some data you should not see, from 2FA to passwords or API keys, exactly in the moment they are set or changed. Am I wrong?
