No requirements, pricing is based on MOZ domain authority. the site is down for now, I'm going to make some changes i.e. design, accepting paypal

How about if i am not the owner of the site i just get those backlinks from my competitors backlinks do i still get paid for it?
I have some listed back links but i think i can only check them in majestic not in moz because moz right now is not working for me or low analysis unlike before..

as long as the link stays in the same spot for thirty days it does not matter who own's the website.
