Posting to advertise your skills in this forum won't work because of your negative trust. If you want to sell your skills, just make a thread about your skills in the service section of this forum. But I think, it will be difficult for you to fetch a job because of your red trust. You can also register in freelancing websites like xbtfreelancer.com and workingforbitcoins.com which pay you in bitcoin. Xbtfreelancer is a old site where you can find a lot of opportunities, while the later is a new site, but still its good.
