hey if you own a website or blog that get paid every time an ad is clicked I can do that for you, each had get clicked 290 times a day and I change of Ip after every click so Google Adsense wont think something is up and block my ip its gonna be $1.25 a day each had get clicked 290 times a day contact me if interested or tell someone that you think might be interested

TBH , google is much more smarter than you. There are special algorithms for detecting false clicks. And once they catch you, you will be banned from adsense forever.
One more thing, I dont see your service acceptable from ethical point of view. This is just fraud, IMHO.
Ever heard of clickbombing? That is what you are doing and will get you banned from Google AdSense without question.
Indeed, although you might succeed doing it for a short while (if you do it in an acceptable way). However, in the end, your Google Adsense account will always get banned. Therefore, no one should accept offers like these. Besides that your account gets banned, in my opinion you're also committing fraud (as people pay big money for some advertisement). Don't do it.

Changing IP each click won't work if the CTR is above normal rate This will be greatly profitable to both you and me but mostly you
Also if you just changing IP without changing region, that will make Google Adsense suspicious too.
It would be better if bunch of people from different area do the same task and act like a normal visitor, rather than you do all the task.

Google monitor all activities better to avoid this type of click exchange otherwise google will ban you from adsense. Increase your traffic it will bring more clicks.
