1. Backed up by strong dev team (preferably if they can quote their past open source work)
2. No fancy photoshop stuff
3. Includes some novelty
4. No premining
point 1 just directly excludes and denies point 4 lol bitcoin - premined, litecoin - premined...

It should all sort itself out. People should start to realize that most coins are shitcoins.
New coin generation is fine with me, it means lower difficulty for the coins I care about/actually matter.
