We won’t be responding to any emails or tweets about sticker selection changes, address changes and shipping status. Please read the FAQs below for these questions/concerns. We’re giving away these stickers for free so we can’t really afford a fancy customer support team to handle thousands of such inquiries :) Thanks for understanding!
Did my order submission go through?
If you see a checkmark image pop up after submitting, then your order is successful! You will not be receiving an order confirmation email.
When is my sticker going to ship?
We are aiming to ship out the 1st batch of orders around mid-July. At this point, we’re waiting to see how many orders we get and then we’ll try to purchase/ship the stickers in bulk. Stickers are not cheap, so buying & shipping in bulk will help us keep costs as low as possible. Prior to shipment, we will email you to confirm your sticker selection and shipping address.
Can I change my sticker selection?
Simply place a new order and we’ll ship the latest order we have on file. When you place a new order and tweet again, you will need to make a slight modification to the tweet (like adding a blank space) in order to submit it again.
Can I update my shipping address?
Place a new order with the new address and we’ll ship your stickers there! When you place a new order and tweet again, you will need to make a slight modification to the tweet (like adding a blank space) in order to submit it again.
