Yes... contact TrustedCoin directly... they have helped other users rescue their BCH from a 2FA wallet where they have lost the seed. Be courteous and polite and don't expect instant results, they're under no real obligation to help, but it seems they have been fairly helpful so far Smiley

I would also recommend that you immediately move any BTC still on that 2FA wallet to another different wallet where you have the seed... if you lose your 2FA device, or your computer crashes, you have no safety backup and all your coins will be lost forever. Shocked

I don't think there's a possibility of getting your BCH out without the 2FA wallet seed (you'll need the seed to still disable 2FA).

I shouldn't be suggesting this but it's probably a last resort option if nothing else works:

So just a thing I saw sometime ago on reddit's r/btc and a user was trying to get his Bitcoin cash from the Electron cash wallet with 2Factor enabled. He had contacted trusted coin directly and provided them the private keys to his existing wallet (not the trustedcoin's private keys which they keep cause he wouldn't be aware of this with 2-of-3 multisig): https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/716zbx/electron_cash_2fa_no_seed/ who then helped him / her recover their coins by sending it to one of their other addresses.

In particular have a look at this comment: https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/716zbx/electron_cash_2fa_no_seed/dqxf3fx/

I suggest you contact them on their website here: https://api.trustedcoin.com/#/contact-us

Hey Smiley
I assume this is impossible, but I thought I'd take a chance anyway.

Situation is. I have an Electrum wallet WITH:
- Wallet
- 2FA activated, and I have 2FA

Which means I can see my public/private keys, but in the Electrum format.

I do NOT have my seed.

I had some Bitcoins in this wallet at the time of the Bitcoin Cash fork, and has since moved the Bitcoin to a safe hardware wallet.

However, while I assume all hope is lost, is there a way to get these Bitcoin Cash out?

From what I've understood this had been possible IF I had the seed, or just didn't put on 2FA. But since I have the combination of 2FA and no seed, this is impossible.

I'd of course be willing to pay for help.

Seed is most important thing when you create Electrum or any other HD wallet,if you have it claim of BCH it would be very easy. However chance to get BCH still exists, but you need to get second private key which is in control of TrustedCoin.I will not explain it in detail because HCP is explain how to do it here : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-export-private-keys-in-electrum-with-2fa-2436831

So you have chance, now you only need some luck and time Smiley
