Check your diet, make sure you eat lots of vegetables and fruits, do not eat junk food, such as hamburgers, pizzas, which are flours and make you get fat very quickly, if you get fat from your belly it's probably because you also need to walk and play sports, You eat a lot for dinner, it is likely to make you fat, you can eat a lot at breakfast, there if you want everything.

Suspect your diet, reduce the dose of food intake, and yet at least try to go to the gym for the weekend!

I think one solution for this is to have a healthy diet. I mean we always have that saying "You are what you eat". So, if you eat healthy food then this would probably result to a healthy and fit body as well.

Change your nutrition habits, eat less fattening food, eat stuff you like that are healthier than what you are currently eating. Eat with moderation and exercise.

If you are currently exercising try doing a different routine. If you need to loose weight or stay in shape just do some cardio that's not so boring. You can jump rope for example.

You can eat whatever you like but don't eat too much.
When you eat make sure your stomach is filled with 1/3 food, 1/3 water and 1/3 air, this should be enough to keep you going.
To get rid of fat, you should drink a glass of water mixed with one spoon of apple cider vinegar every morning.

I have lost weight very rapidly by stopping eating or drinking sugar products, if I drink coffee I don't use any sweetener. I don't hold myself from eating anything really. I exercise every morning even if that's for 15 or 10 minutes, walk whenever possible.

If there's no logical reason (lazyness, eating too much), go see a doctor.
Get some bloodwork done, it can be anything (liver, leaky gut, food allergies, hormonal issues, thyroid...).
If it's just about consuming more calories than burning them, just get on a diet (lower carbs, high protein, moderate good fats, no sugars, lots of water, greens...).

If you could walk from office 15 minutes a day, it's a form of small exercise.

That's what I do when I take public transport after work Smiley

I can say a banal thing, but if you say that you do not have time, this is an excuse. You do not work around the clock. There is always time, there would be a desire. 15 minutes a day is enough to start for training.

I had the same problem two years ago. I gained 20 kilos (44 lbs) in 8 weeks. At first, I thought it was because in July I abused pizzas too much, I didn't take care, in fact it was due to a thyroid problem.
Usually I don't eat junk food, soda, street food etc.

And your post is to further scare the OP or what? That he is dying, right? This is an interesting post too from you. So, OP should say his last prayers and wait the undertakers...

Talk to your doctor. There are often medical reasons people gain weight rapidly.
(e.g. Thyroid or hormonal)

Exercise is important. At least half an hour every day. Walk or cycle to work.
Eat healthy.

Foods to avoid:

Dairy foods. (Butter, Cheese, Milk)
Eliminate sugar and Alcohol from your diet. (Also avoid artificial sweetners)
Fried foods. (Potato chips & fries).
Processed carbohydrates. (sugar-sweetened beverages, fruit juices, pastries, white bread, white pasta, white rice)
Baked goods.

Ever since I got an office job I sort of had the same problem as I didn't even walk around or anything and I just didn't find strength to go to the gym. But I've been trying to follow Kayla Itsines and her training program which can be very easily be done in home and just for like 30 minutes per day. So I suggest you to check or someone similar out who provides fitness programs that you can do without going to the gym.

Still, it requires to find motivation to get up and move, but once you've forced yourself through the first or first couple of weeks, it will already come naturally that you want to keep on doing that  Smiley
