There are dozens of mining pools and hundreds of solo miners.

Each solo miner and each mining pool creates their own block. They are all different.  They each get to choose which transactions they want to include in their block and what fees they want to require.  None of them have set up any interface for you to query to know what their block looks like.

All you can do is wait and see who solves their block first.  On average it takes about 10 minutes until one of them solves their block, but until it is solved there is no way to know who will be the lucky one that succeeds next.  Additionally, while the AVERAGE is 10 minutes, it is possible for miners to be lucky and solve a block in just a few seconds, or to be unlucky and take more than an hour to solve a block.

Just writing some code
A block does not take ten minutes to "hit" your wallet. It takes, on average 10 minutes to be found. The block does not exist until it is found, and then it only takes a couple hundred milliseconds to "hit" your wallet.

There is no way to predict what data will be in the block.

Is there any way to get information of the upcoming block before it hits my wallet ?

If the block takes 10 minutes to hit my wallet, can i, through any way:
  • interrogate and know if a new confirmation of my transaction is coming within the next block ?
  • know hom many transactions will be enclosed in the block when it hits my wallet (some way of prediction)
  • same as previous point: know the current block fee (it's not the final block fee)

Thank you !
