lulz - yeah kaboomracks are the ones that put bos on the miner and get part of the very high fee they set (around 9%)
stay away from them

I wonder who told you that lie to mislead you so hard. Wait until you learn whom Nick actually cheers for...
I expect to see your public apology after you learn the truth you have been told if you actually read your messages.

How weak minded you are to believe a random rumor as truth, looks like you fell for the game of your favorite cgminer infringer, again.

Block halving is coming.
Further, neither have verified distributors (that I'm aware of) but please correct me if I'm wrong?

Actually, Bitmain and MicroBT have it's own verified distributors if you research a bit or go directly on their website you will find it.

If you want to know those verified distributors for Bitmain then check this one https://shop.bitmain.com/partner/distributor
And for MicroBT I only know one site as their authorized distributor here's the website https://pangolinminer.com/

I just want buyers happy and safe than buying on a scam site unless you are promoting one of those links?
I know the feeling of being scammed and I don't want anyone to feel the same thing.

Here's are few places where a lot of people buy their miners in the US.
-Scott Offord (https://www.scottofford.com/contact/)
-kaboomracks(https://kaboomracks.com/)
-mineFarmBuy (http://minefarmbuy.com/)
-whatsminer.net  (drop ships whatsminers from China)

We at Altair Mining are a US based miner and we list a limited number of our miners at our retail store https://altairtech.io/store/
These are used units that are currently located in our St. Louis mine and they ship pretty fast.
Good Luck!

Not good to buy to any 3rd party sellers or drop shippers you should only deal directly to the manufacturer or verified distributor. ASICminervalue is not a good place to go to find sellers of those miners.

I suggest you try to contact this one offordscott this is one of the well-known trust resellers or who can help you buy miners from a trusted source.

You say it's not good to buy from a 3rd party or drop-shipping seller, then recommend Scott Offord who is a 3rd party drop-shipping seller (albeit a reputable one)!?

Buying direct from the manufacturer isn't always an option, and the main manufacturers (Bitmain and MicroBT) are sold out on their websites most of the time and seldom provide future options to 'regular' buyers. Further, neither have verified distributors (that I'm aware of) but please correct me if I'm wrong?

I agree that ASICminervalue is not a good place to look for sellers, and also I agree Scott Offord is reputable and a great recommendation - in fact as I understand it, he maintains the spreadsheet of reputable sellers and Telegram channels I posted a few posts up, and he has been very helpful to me with advice over the past couple years.

Most vendors are simply drop-shippers so your miners will almost always arrive from China, direct from manufacturer.

Whilst it is not unusual to pay large sums of money and not receive equipment for several months, this industry is absolutely fraught with scammers and fraudsters - there is a high risk of losing your money if you don't do the correct / adequate research and ensure you are buying from a reputable seller. Further, scammers will copy the websites and telegram addresses of reputable sellers so even if you think you are dealing with a reputable seller, it may be a clone website or username etc.

I would recommend getting yourself setup on telegram and joining some of the channels detailed here, where you can check authenticity of sellers, report or ask about potential scammers etc:

https://to.tools/verified-sellers

https://t.me/asicMinerChannel - this is a great Telegram channel for hardware listings and deals, as only verified sellers can post in this channel

From the vendors listed there, I can vouch for HashExpert and Kaboomracks, both of which I've made successful purchases through - but once again you MUST take every precaution possible to ensure you are dealing with the genuine seller and not a clone...

My experience was pretty good with BT-Miners. My only suprise was they are shown as a USA vendor and it appears there is a Florida office but the miner was shipped from China.
Also bought two L3++ on ebay one seller was great the other never shipped. My mistake as I missed the bad sellers no ratings.
Good Luck!

thanks for the response. I appreciate the information!! I am talking with BT-Miners to get some information from them...

Hoping to hear more feedback from members here!

Hello, I have been GPU mining for awhile now and planning on parting ways with my machines, either put together a dozen nice gaming rigs and selling them or selling the mining rig itself and upgrading to ASICS. I am going to buy either a Kadena miner ( Goldshell KD6 preorder) and possibly pre order a Antminer L7 (9.16Gh) . I have read several posts on "WHERE TO BUY ASICS" and I still have not really found a solid answer...

www.asicminervalue.com suggests some chinese vendors that are listed as "Trusted vendor" such as MillionMiner, AKMiner, Mining Store 5111, bt-miners.com, etc. etc.

I have read some good things about Hashlake.io and they have responded to my emails very well and seem professional but not 100% convinced I can trust them with $50,000 of my money in hopes of receiving a product in 3 months.. Are these purchases possible to insure through a bank?

I am really wanting to do this, but hoping somebody could advise me a safe way to obtain these expensive machines?

Thanks so much!
