Please allow 24 hours for us to respond and deal with any issues you may be having with GLBSE.

Our official means of communication is via our support email [email protected] , we do check the BitcoinTalk and GLBSE.com forums from time to time but cannot make any promises for response time on these mediums, we do not provide support over Skype.

Moving from GLBSE 1.0 => 2.0
If you had a GLBSE 1.0 account, please go here and log into your old account. You will be presented with a recovery code(copy this), which you can use to import all your bitcoin and assets from your GLBSE1.0 account to your GLBSE2.0 account.

To do this you must log into GLBSE, and go to your porfolio, there you will see a link to "Claim your GLBSE1.0 account".

If you had more than one account on GLBSE 1.0, you must repeat this process for each account.
