if your are maxing out on overclocking using catalyst control center, go download MSI Afterburner and google how to make it overclock the core even higher

one extra flag to use -f #

# = number

smaller the number the less responseive the system get, but increases Mhash

I was able to squeeze 15-20 Mhash with that

idk if this is allowed in the newbie section tbh though but i appreciate all help

I am able to get 296MH/s with my HIS 6870 (reference design):

Phoenix 1.5 using phatk
worksize 128
aggression 11
bfi_int
vectors
Core at 990mHz
Mem at 880mHz
Stock voltages.
Fan at 65%
GPU ~74C with case closed.

I have been able to get 305MH/s by pushing my core to 1,000 but it is not reliable for more than a few minutes.  990mHz is my limit.

You can often find extra toggles or miner settings used for various cards on the wiki : https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison
