Lol Im enjoying this thread. No way in hell I would invest in it. But I might just tip them for making me laugh!  Cheesy

I've never seen a ponzi with zero, at least 0.001 or something. We will never whether these nigerians are scammers or not. I guess they can still run it without a website.

GUESS WHAT!!!?Huh!!!???!!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?HuhHuh!!!!!!!!!!?HuhHuh??!

Magic of Nigeria, has decided to re-open it's services to the bitcoin community. We're back in the game, that's right!

Check out our site @: nigerianmagic.webs.com

After all, we are nigerian so we can't afford a real domain. Donations for a domain, or a domain directly gets you a special page on our site with a shoutout for 2 weeks.

Guys please tread with caution this link most definitely be a scam.

I am not sure if we should call it a scam, when OP describes the site as a ponzi and never promises any guaranteed profit.

Making a thread and naming is something with Nigeria is the most obvious scam I have ever seen.

Reverse psicology I'd say  Grin

But what is killing me is their FAQ page: one of the best I've ever read.

Here is a copypaste of it:

"What the hell am I investing in?":  You are investing in a ponzi scheme, paid out by investors after you.

"Why are you on a free domain/hosting?": We are still in beta mode. As the ponzi moves forward, the website does.

"How cool is the admin?":  Cool as fuck, has an 11-inch monster.

"How do I send you the bitcoins?": If you don't know how you should probably exit out now.

"For real, is there risk?":  As with most sites like these, there is a good risk in investing in these. You can't always get 110%+ back, or it'd be raped. We always do our best to payout each investor, and we promise 82% back at the very least.

"My question isn't here?": Ask us on BTCTalk if you want it to be added here.

Aha having dooglus say it's a legit ponzi scheme makes me want to deposit a little. I mean why not give the guy a chance to prove himself?

Ha! I didn't mean to vouch for the guy. It's probably just another scam.

All I was saying was that potentially he's honest. The parameters he set out kind of possibly make sense.

You will be scammed. Early or later....

Yeah it will probably turn into a scam later but I mean why automatically assume he will scam right away? Maybe when people are depositing whole coins he will scam, but besides that...

I would like to thank everybody for taking their time to observe my service. It has yet to be used even once, that time of which I hope lasts no longer. I am sure once a single deposit is made the ponzi will blow up into a site larger than mt.gox has ever been. Ok maybe not but it will still be alot of fun.

lool I'm not into ponzis or anything but they are definitely not all the same person. I'm sure tons of different people have tried to make a ponzi, most of which are just a scam. You can't just assume it's a scam right away without any proof, some ponzis have been going on for a long time.

Nigerians are infamous for scamming people. So this Magic that has been captured of Nigeria must be scam magic.

What other reason would there be to offer payouts of more than you invested, when the blockchain shows nobody gets paid and the website operator runs with the money time and time again.

More like a vanishing act magic than any other kind of magic.

People fell into those scams again and again and again. Isn't that kind of magic? Wink

Haha..  while I don't entertain this, I truly appreciate your honesty in a way that you're clearly saying you'd give only 82% back if you fail.

This is the most legit Ponzi scheme I've seen so far:

1) it admits it's a Ponzi
2) it has a reasonable-sounding failure scenario

So long as they make sure they always keep hold of enough coins to pay out 82% to everyone when it inevitably fails, this could even be considered as honest I guess!

Details on the payouts would be helpful.  It's currently very vague.

Of course, it'll probably turn out to be just another scam, but at least in theory this one could be legit.
