I only got my interest back, which was only a bit more than my principal after a month. The deposited amount was made zero after 30 days.

Okay, over and done with. Here is what happened.

First I reclaimed my dads account. He invested 0.1 btc and got a total of 0.204 back. More than 100% profit in other words.

Then I reclaimed mine. I sent in 0.35 which they sent back fairly quickly, and a while later they sent 0.15. This was obviously not good enough, given that they kept my money longer than my old mans. After quite a few more mails and some confusion on their part they eventually sent me the rest for a total of 0.76355.

This took way more effort than it should have. They are still scammers, but fortunately they are incompetent and apparently easily frightened scammers. Just be insistent and they will eventually pay out.

Got my money back plus some extra. More details when I am slightly less buzzed.

Got my deposit back, but no interest whatsoever. Gonna have to talk to them about that.

I suppose that's how these scams work. Wait for a bunch of money, refund to the people who can be bothered asking for it back, keep the rest. Hope they get caught.

My old man got an email saying they are fucked and to send email, account name, all deposits and withdraws made and a bitcoin address so he can get his money back. I did not, yet. Awaiting results.

They claim they lost their database, backup "seriously damaged", next update in 4 hours.

Looks like gigcoiner have gone the same way as Mydailycoin - yet another scam

They changed their plans. Instead of giving 4%/day they now give 0.04%/hour or 0.96%/day.

The existing 4% plans are still in effect, but they no longer compound. Just a straight 4% of whatever the deposit is available for daily withdrawal or reinvestment.

Once my 4% plan is up in 21 days I will withdraw everything, just to be sure I can, and then decide where to go from there.

I have been whit GigaCoiner for 22 day so far I deposed 116 mbtc and 1000mbtc and I got all my interest everyday, 8 more day to go I will let you know if everything gone good.

A little update:

Don't expect anything back. Seriously, if there is something that sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Scammers are always focused on offering people something that sounds so good that they can't reject it, and they use this weakness against you.

Thanks! To be 100% honest, I deposited .0125 BTC at GigaCoiner.... received back the expected .0005 so far but it will be interesting to see how long that goes on... Also, I thought for sure before I signed up I could "withdraw my funds at any time." There's certainly no option on the website to withdraw my coins... DERP

I'm not sure if this should be under scam warning (which I couldn't find nor do I know if it's a scam or not but I would like to know) or securities (have no assessment of the volatility of this proposition.)

Today a link cropped up when I was browsing topics related to bitcoins and that, and this is a website that I came across:

And I haven't sent any coinage to them but I opened an account for the referral link, just in case anyone who sees this post decides to invest or gamble, I'm not sure which, I can receive a referral payout.

From what I can gather about the site, they pay anywhere from 4% daily to 7% daily depending on the amount of mBTC that is deposited. There is a caveat present on the site that warns not to invest more BTC than you are willing to lose... There was another site recently that cropped up that gave a 1% per day return (what was the name again?) by exploiting the ask/bid spread on crypto exchanges. This one I believe engages in growth investment, investing in upstart businesses and that.

So... Has anyone had any experience with this site? Is this a good way to lose a lot of BTC? Also I noticed in the FAQ that you can open multiple accounts on one computer. Do you think I could use my own referral link and receive 10% of my own investment dividend thus receiving a total of 4.4%?
