Sounds like you got fucked..

Gotta be a bit more forward thinking than to shit talk  service when you have money still tied up in it sadly.
Thanks for the heads up though on behalf of the whole community. Not sure who owns gigabet or whatever but you can likely get your coin back if you either pressure them legally or knock their site offline until they return your stuff.
I'm not condoning or encouraging that you DDOS the bastards... But if you did it would be warranted imo.
DDoSing sucks man, I highly discourage doing that even if for the greater good. I think that it is the customers right to complain, I mean wouldn't you complain if their services are bad? I haven't heard of this website but that amount of bitcoin is no joke, I think that pursuing a legal action and taking the slow-burn approach is the best thing to do because they will spend their resources just to accommodate your legal action which is definitely going to make them cave in.
Looks like someone dead wreck them. so they're closing shop now. anyone here better withdrawal funds immediately
You can still pursue legal actions even if their closing shop right?

Today I realised my account had been hacked again and my username will not longer work again or my password I can go to the website and click there forgot password button I made a new password use it with my email and then it says username or password isn't correct. I had 2fa and new passwords.
After recovering your account for the first time, did you reset your 2fa by disabling then re-enabling it from the Security tab (to generate a new key)?
Because if you didn't, the hacker could simply regain access to your account by requesting a password reset via email an then use the old 2fa key to login.
You have to secure your email (which is obviously compromised) ASAP by using a different password and enabling 2fa then resetting both your Gigabet's password and 2fa.

So the email support replied back didn't even ask for proof who I am. Unlike last time. unlocked my 2fa and gave me a code to get in. Wouldn't supply me with any information on how somebody was able to do that again with 2fa and new passwords.
Sounds like you have a keylogger on your system or an email you use is compromised.. :/

Sounds very likely. OP, before you do anything, re-install your OS and then change your e-mail credentials, activate 2FA, or something similar if possible. Or change your e-mail asap. If other accounts connected to your current e-mail are not hacked, maybe keylogger is the problem, but to be safe, you should change them too.

Yes my account had been temporarily banned. After I contacted thru email customer support. They made me prove username last withdrawal txID last deposit txID then they gave me a code to get in my account.  Where I saw that all of my 17.2 horizen had been transferred to dogecoin then Bitcoin and then withdrawn from my account.

so the hacker was able to access your account even when the account was temporarily banned? if so that really does look like an inside job.

I have more emails I want to post to share of the event I am new to bitcointalk and I'm trying to still figure out how to do so.
I will update as I figure out how to post them
you can simply screenshot the emails they sent to you and upload them on Imgur then share the link of the uploaded image here. just a heads up since you're account is still a newbie only the link will be shown and not the image itself so don't worry if the image doesn't show on the thread when you shared it here.

Thanks for the response I'm not sure on how to do that is the problem if you have anywhere I could read about how to do that ddos I would greatly appreciate it.

It's super illegal to do in most countries to be honest as it disrupts internet traffic and often requires usage of hardware that the DDOS'er doesn't own. (botnets)

But if you're hell bent on wrecking their day and want to do some research into the technology behind pulling off such a thing https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mirai_(malware) is an ok place to start.

I do NOT condone you, nor anyone else DDOS'ing other peoples web servers as you could face jail time if caught... But I'm also not going to leave you high and dry when you nicely asked for more info.

Be safe, be smart. Good luck captain!

I've been using gigabet.com for about a month now. Soon after joining their wallets seemed constantly to be having problems so you cannot withdraw. I complained about this daily in the chat and customer support email. Finally they put a BAN on me for 3 days in the chat for simply just for asking when they're wallet would be restored. I then came to bitcointalk and made people aware about their Wallet in one of the threads about them. Within an hour of doing so while I was placing bets with dice game. I was shut out of my account  and I believe one of their employees came into my account and exchanged all of my 17 Horizen coin into dogecoin then they tried to withdraw and couldn't. So they exchanged the dogecoin to bitcoin and stole my money I believe this was an inside job from their moderators.  Since I was shut out of my account I did not fully realise I'd been robbed. I contact their customer support and they helped me regain into my account. Once I was there I realised I had all my 17 horizen stolen. There customer support blamed me for my account being hacked and robbed tired to say I either shared my information or had a virus. This is a untrustworthy site. If you so much as complain about anything they will just Rob you and send you packing.
