Topic: Gigabyte 7950s VRAM temps scrypt mine (Read 709 times)
The amount of power going through vram chips is fairly small compared to the GPU core and VRMs. My basement gets about 39C (and likely hotter as the summer temps ramp up) and my gpus continue to hash away like a boss. I have 6 box fans to move the air over and away from the cards themselves and fans on the cards themselves are at 100%. VRAM temps are least of my concerns.
today is so hot outside +30C +26C inside with AC. cards running at +79C - +86C is it safe ? VRAM should be hotter about +110C
