I can't understand why people still use exchanges they don't know very well to deposit their money. And when they have problems, both deposit and withdrawal, they complain here instead of complaining to the site directly.

Or did they find the site from the ads they saw? If they could do some research to see if the site was really trustworthy or a scam, they would choose another exchange site.

I don't think @OP will come back here anymore.

hello there. did you take your money on ginoxe.com?
No money can be recovered from scammers at least from all the stories I have found.

If you have only given them a much smaller amount than that, try your luck with this:
At this point it's likely that the scammers will realize their trick was read, so they've reduced the value of the "bait" to a smaller one or they are no longer giving it a chance to withdeaw at all. I doubt it will work

hello there. did you take your money on ginoxe.com?

That’s unlikely seeing how $25k is no small amount scammers would give back. If you have only given them a much smaller amount than that, try your luck with this:

If your total deposits are less than $10,000 USD, you might be able to [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/comments/ogox12/pigbutchering_scammer_thanking_victim_and/) off: convince your scammers you want to test withdrawal before you fully trust it. Say if successful, you'll put more and even invite your rich friends, too. Do this smoothly, play your character.

I would also suggest reading the whole reddit thread as some tips could be of some use to you in case the scam bait doesn't work.

Never heard about this site. But I am curious why have you deposited such a big amount and how have you found this site? I am assuming there was a greedy offer how did you fall into this scam? Whatever have you deposited has gone. Don't be deceived a second time by getting recovering offers. Many scammers are still around you who will try to scam you again. No one can help you except legal authority. You may file a case but it doesn't mean they will succeed. It's not too easy to trap scammers. They are more intelligent than us. They know very well how to skip.

BITCOIN STUCK IN WALLET CANT TRANSFER TO EXTERNAL. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

The website's template looks exactly like basic scams where you create an account and you find 1BTC or more in the account, out of greed, you try to withdraw and they'll ask you to make a deposit worth of 10% or something in order to "unlock" the funds.

If you find money that you don't know its source, don't bother messing with it, it's a scam.

I am new to bitcoin. I have actually deposited over 25,000$ into this account. This is just the first time that I have tried to withdrawl from the account. now i have lost out on 25,000$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If someone can help me I will give them HALF of my funds!!! I received an e-mail through one of my addresses about this site and it seemed legit. I got told that it was like a storage for my bitcoin until I am ready to withdrawl it. F*&% S*$% !!!!!!! MOTHERF&@$#RS!!!!!!
I'm curious how you started your $25k to find this scam site. If you deposit fiat, it's possible that the fraudster's bank account can be traced with the help of legal authorities. But in reality, these are the types of international crimes that require special investigations and may cost more to have cases handled professionally. Furthermore, don't accept closed offers of help from random people.

If you actually deposited $25k to this website why you didn't research and ask first to many people if this website is legit or not?
This is a big amount and I think it's impossible that you didn't research first and ask someone have knowledge about investing someone that you can trust.
If I were you I do research first and ask someone that I could trust and knows about them before I deposit.

Next time go here on the forum to ask if the website is legit or not before you deposit. I don't where you found this website but based on the backlinks checker(Ahrefs) it only has 2 backlinks with low DA which means it's not popular and not yet shared on blogs and social media accounts except on telegram there are many scammers on telegram be always careful if you receive a message to unknown people out there.

Unfortunately, just count it a loss that lesson learned. That money is gone and nobody here can help recover it. The website is scam and I wish you had inquired about it before you sent money

They claim to have 4 years experience

But the domain is just 4 months old

By the way, how did you even find about this website?
I just searched for the website in question and read some reviews.
According to one of reviews I read on scamadviser, the victim was contacted through a messaging app and was introduced to that website.
Most probably, the same thing happened to OP.

Unfortunately no one here (or anywhere else for that matter) can help you, and for the love of God don't send more money there. If someone contacts you asking for some money in order to help you, it is also a scam so ignore that as well.

By the way, how did you even find about this website?

No one on the forum can help you return the money you invested, and considering that it is a significant amount, I suggest that you try to report the whole case to the police with as many details as possible. The chances that you will be able to return that money are very small, but you have the option to come to terms with the fact that you are a victim of a scam, or to still try something through legal means.

I don't understand how you even came up with the idea of investing so much money in something you don't understand?

I have already deposited 400 more dollars because they said that is how they verify the external wallet. yet i missed the 1% fee and need to deposit more funds in order to be verified. Is this a real thing that needs to be done in some cases or am I being scammed.

This sounds like scam to me.

Can I get my money back that I have deposited somehow?

If you deposited 400$ worth of Bitcoin, if the transaction is confirmed, there's nothing you can do. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. It can be a case for the police, but they are not qualified for this and I don't think they'll bother.
If you deposited through bank, see at the bank if they can do anything about it.

How on earth did you send money there without asking first? Why you don't just work with known and reputable exchanges?

As mentioned above, it's a scam. If the transaction is already verified, there's sadly nothing you can do to get your funds back and you should obviously not send more funds.

Do you mind telling us how you came across this site though? It barely has any online presence.

BITCOIN STUCK IN WALLET CANT TRANSFER TO EXTERNAL. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I've never heard of that website, however:
1. From my understanding, you want to withdraw coins from that platform. Only they can help you.
2. Keep in mind that not all websites are legit and the fact a website shows some nice numbers it doesn't mean you own that money and you'll be able to withdraw.
3. Also, as a warning: if they ask for money in order to process your withdrawal, it's the strongest sign they're trying to scam you.

So, contact their support and be overly careful. Good luck!
