I am not related to the stuff in any way, but at the previous weeks I have seen a big amount of post and threads that features girlbtc, and not always  at a thread that was made to promote it, sometimes just at random posts over the forum.

I think that it might be the reason you received your temporary ban, you can promote yourself through a signature campaign, but posting your site all over the forum is against the rules.

and in no way supports the breaking of the terms.
It's a bump of their topic.
No, I mean their post isn't telling others to say PM their new account or otherwise bypass the ban.

The ban is deserved regardless of whether they have a business to run, and they should not be given special treatment because of it.
I think they should and it does. The ban not only affects that user and its business (fine), but the customers of that business (not fine). Their post constitutes the minimum infraction of rules while trying to keep their customers undamaged and informed.
That user was promoting his website in places he shouldn't have.  Slipping his link and his "business" here and there in posts that were completely unrelated to the topic.

It's a kind of promotion, like commenting on websites with a genuine-looking comment but with the purpose of posting a link to your own website and doing some self-promotion.  That is what this user is doing, and he/she is playing dumb every time they get called out.
I agree with you on that part, Stealing customers from other threads is a very shady method of promotion.

IIRC, hilariousandco warned him/her some time back to stop posting only for the purpose of self-promotion and it doesn't seem like he/she got the point.

Keep in mind that if you post anywhere outside of this thread, that it will be considered ban evasion and you would likely get a permanent ban.
Didn't take long.

This user does nothing but spam - posting ridiculous comments. Must start about 6 or 7 threads a day.

The user in question was constantly making crappy, low quality posts & starting way too many threads. It was only a matter of time until a ban came.

The website being constantly punted was crap too.

They run a website (http://girlbtc.com/).
A notice on that website about the current situation with the same information would aswell have done the job, and not required an evasion of their ban.
In addition, I believe that signatures and personal text can be edited on an account whilst banned. The signature for the main account could have easily been updated to say that it was banned and cannot communicate, which I expect would have been just as effective without breaking any of the terms of their ban.

I can sympathize with them and understand dogie's point, however (AFAIK) they had been warned previous to their ban that they were doing things wrong and continued to do so. The ban is deserved regardless of whether they have a business to run, and they should not be given special treatment because of it.

I actually think that post is perfectly reasonable. It avoids undue worry, it provides communication alternatives that adheres to the terms of the ban

Yes it requires one post during ban time to do it but honestly... give the guy a break.

I have nothing against you as person, but I was just counting the days till the moment you would get a (in this case temporary) ban since you were on the edge of getting a ban for quite some time.

It actually surprised me that it took so long, but after all, it happened as expected.

Why? Because you were creating many low quality threads, spamming, being way too active with your thread where you are only allowed to bump your thread once a day, and the list goes on.

Also, you will be better off to hire a native English speaker to take care of everything related to having contact with the outside world.

Yes, I have seen your service thread where you are looking for an (female) employee. But just hire someone based on his/her skills, and not because of the gender.

Mainly due to the fact that it will be work where no one cares and sees who the person in question is.

Maybe it is because I was too active in promoting our site www.girlbtc.com last few days.

You can promote your service and not spam the forum at the same time. I saw you posting and convincing to use your gambling site on threads where your post are considered offtopic thus it is a form or spamming. What more you are running a signature campaign and you wear one nad you've been posting spam threads which is unnecessary to be posted in the forum.
I will also like to include in this message that your campaign is currenty spreading more spam in the forum. I came across to some members of your campaign last week who makes recycled post in the forum. Please be more considerate and be mindful of what your participants are doing.

My guess is you got banned for wearing 'signature' outside of signature area, which is nothing but link spamming. I reported you to mods for that.

Because we are still running some Signature Campaign, and employing some staff. for convenience , please
It is highly likely due to the fact that you were constantly breaking some rules. You have been warned by other staff members. Keep in mind that if you post anywhere outside of this thread, that it will be considered ban evasion and you would likely get a permanent ban.
