Hi, folks!
There are plenty of cool directories around (the coolest: cryptominded.com), but—alas!—all of them are centralized. I don't like the idea of centralized things much (like all of you  Cheesy). If only one man is responsible for populating a directory, the project is under many risks: lack of motivation, lack of time, creator's death after all.

That is why I've created an open-sourced cryptocurrency resources list. Currently, CryptoList contains 170 links in many categories like Media, News Aggregators, Price Trackers, ICO Trackers, Exchanges, Communities + 20 more. I want CryptoList to be the freshest crypto directory ever.

Enjoy ➤ https://github.com/coinpride/CryptoList

hey! I created a new branch, added my link suggestion but I can't push that branch back to the repo, can you refer me to a tutorial or something? Thank you very much I appreciate it Smiley

Can you believe that?! After the Product Hunt release CryptoList has surpassed 1000 stargazers! That's more than Dash and Qtum repos have.

Very useful information, all in one place. Love it.

Thanks for sharing Smiley
You are welcome!

The last week was not very fruitful. But CryptoList still got two gems:

Cryptonomy - Portfolio tracking, social, forum, chat, ico listings, news aggregator, crypto academy. Android/iOS.
Rhymes With Fiat - Bitcoin webcomic (with educational notes).

P.S.: Happy holidays everyone!

That's a nice list of projects Smiley I haven/t checked out the contribution section on your github page but would certainly like to add a few reliable resources less known to the average crowd.

Hey, Patatas! Feel free to make a PR and contribute a nice resource.

Also, are you using a bot for generating a curating list ? You can look forward for that replacing the manual work.

I add every link manually. A resource must be checked carefully before listing.

Meanwhile, CryptoList has reached 300 stars!
Thanks everyone for your support and submissions! Together we will create the greatest cryptocurrency resources directory!

I like this one:
"Poloniex - USA. Trust: 3.5/5. Tons of altcoins. Poor support." Grin

If you don`t trust and don`t like Poloniex, why do you add it to the list?I know that it`s a big
cryptocurrency exchange platform, but you should add only the best and most trusted platforms and websites.
Anyway,it`s a pretty good list. You should promote it,so more crypto newbies become familiar with btc and altcoins.
Poloniex is one al the biggest altcoin exchanges, so it would be silly not to add it to the list.
Apart from the bad support, there are also enough people who use it without having any issues.

Great work OP, it's really nice of you to have open sourced this and put it on Github!

Thank you eternalgloom for the reply, it's exactly what I think about Poloniex.

Okay, this is a good idea actually !

I wonder why no one else started this before.

But, isn't github centralised ? Tongue They can go down anyday or remove your page and that be end of the project.

Perhaps go for one of the new decentralised hosting providers ?

Hi, daserpent! Thanks for your kind words  Cheesy
I like the idea to host CryptoList on a decentralized hosting and perform adding links by public voting for new items. That would be perfect! Do you know any existing software solutions to help making that?
By the way, talking Github, the project is still driven by one man (me) and needs thoughtful maintainers to avoid risks of a death.
