I'm reading Stranger in a Strangeland now, pretty good so far.
I was thinking about reading that because books that have metal songs written about them are usually pretty good but I found out the Maiden song is not after the novel. Am disappoint but might check it out anyway.

I'm reading Stranger in a Strangeland now, pretty good so far.
I have very unsophisticated taste, last books I read were Starship Troopers, Dune and the Silmarillon (read LOTR a while ago). I guess I like reading the books that started all the modern sci-fi tropes.
I have Roadside Picnic in Russian coming in the mail but that's like a side project for me to not forget how to read Russian.
