I don't like Coinbase. Anything else? Maybe XAPO?

Xapo is good, I'm using it for over 5 months without any problems. They have store also and many discounts, personally I never bought something there yet but I saw other people do ans no one complain until now.
I think localbitcoins is one of best ways tk exchange your btc in fiat. Good luck.

If you want to save on fees as stated in OP, then the best way to exchange your BTC is from LocalBitcoins. (https://localbitcoins.com/country/PL)

You can easily negotiate with the buyer through their integrated chat and might help in reducing the fees. Or you may initiate a face to face exchange if your seller stays near your location. Just search from the above link to find which one suits better for you.

Or you may try out these sites if you try out an hassle free and instant exchange, although I can't tell you if they accept less fees per transaction.

Coinbase supported Poland. Just remember to don't store your assets on the exchange, use for exchange only.

Hi.

Are you know bitcoin wallet online service that I can simply and fast change BTC to USD and withdraw it to Polish bank dollar account without big fees?

Thanks.
As far as i know Poland is in SEPA zone right? then i would suggest bitok, also coinbase supports poland but has some fees too.
