And we're done!
Thanks to everyone who downloaded a wallet and learned about Auroracoin.  Hopefully you will all promote it to your friends and, if you're a developer, I hope you'll stick around and help make this an even better project.

I'm not sure if the dev is recording data and procedure well.

I'm not a developer... can you explain what you mean by this?

Was interested in this coin a while ago. Didn't think it came out till March but I must have been off a few weeks. I thought if it was successful it would be a huge experiment for bitcoin, but I'm not sure if the dev is recording data and procedure well.

very generous of you, major props!

just curious though, what about AUR excites you more than the other hundreds of alt coins?

I've been intrigued by the idea of a geographically-confined cryptocoin.  I think it will speed practical adoption.  Just think if 1,000,000 bitcoin users all lived in Vermont instead of being spread across the USA.  People would actually be buying and selling in BTC on a daily or more frequent basis.

I joined the forum a few days ago so am I considered a noob? I won 4 Auroras I bought on Cryptorush so trying my best to support and I tweeted the forum thread on goldentags. Are there any bounties going for bloggers at all? Smiley

It's been steadily rising everyday about 5% since it appeared on an exchange 3-4 days ago. Not too many people talking about it yet.

AV8Txc8U2eyPp9tjRBPDdJpUMmN8BWcURr I'll let other people with no AUR have my share

I'm very excited about this coin too, constant growth since it got listed.  And the strategy of giving the coin value and THEN distributing it directly to people is very clever.

I have been a bitcointalk.org member since September 2010 and during that time no alt-coin has been as exciting to me as AURORACOIN.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=446062.0;topicseen

In my enthusiasm to support AUR, I am giving away 50 AUR (current value on cryptorush.in approximately 0.0075 BTC, or $4.41) in 0.25 AUR increments to the first 200 users who post their Auroracoin address
