He is probably lending the money out of the scams he has successfully pulled out.Just by scrolling through his posts one can make out how low life scammer he is.Not advised to take loans from a low life scammer.Chances are ,your collateral will be sold even before he gives you the loan.

Guys if you are getting a loan from his ser please always use an escrow. The guy can't be trusted. It's either you both loose.
