As others have already mentioned, you should move it to bounty section because here you can only post about services for which you will pay in btc, anyways, this is my opinion only that I don't think it's feasible to pay anyone with 50 followers $5 just for a simple retweet against a company for unblocking your account, you would probably need to run a campaign to get their attention! Better to open a scam accusation with all proofs and put it in the scam accusation board so that you might get more advises on how to deal with it and probably help other newbies to stay aware of any potential scams anywhere. I don't see any harm in the content of your tweet all you are doing, is calling out the exchange to unlock your account to be able to trade your coins in the account. There will be users ready to offer you the service you require but you need to first move this thread to the right section as the user's that noted before said because this section is mainly for services that pay in bitcoin.
