I highly recommend you don't this but if you do. You should first preferable take collateral and acceptable collaterals includes alt coins or etc. Accounts aren't valid collateral. You should use an escrow. Don't deal with negative trusts members.

Try to provide more details about your offer dude, like the repayment rate for example.
And also take care of scammers, there is lot can interest about your giveaway but haven't the intention to repay you, especially as you don't request a collateral.
