While Vilerat would likely have found the accusation that Goonswarm is a CIA front amusing and encouraged people to exploit it, the circumstances surrounding his death are still too raw for people to find humour in such accusations.

It really makes sense for CIA to use Eve for team building of field operatives, but I doubt they would have much influence on a major alliance. NSA would have more time and budget for maintaining a major alliance. BTW, I haven't been in game for a couple years or I would ask for his stuff.
