They don't need to bug your routers, when they already own 98% of the internet, famous corporations like Google and Microsoft have sold out to the NSA. Facebook will gladly turn over your "private" information that is set to "Only Me" to any rich corporation, employer, or university that demands it.

We forfeit our Fourth Amendment before Snowden was even born.

This is treason. If they're compromising routers then they are not the only ones who will be able to exploit the vulnerability. Other intelligence services, black hats, criminal gangs, etc. can have the same access.

I don't see any reason for not pulling the plug on the whole NSA operation. They have caused way more harm than good and sucked up a tremendous amount of cash in doing so.

Obviously they warned against this because they were already doing the same thing and knew how easy it was.

<< The NSA has been covertly implanting interception tools in US servers heading overseas – even though the US government has warned against using Chinese technology for the same reasons, says Glenn Greenwald, in an extract from his new book about the Snowden affair, No Place to Hide. >>
