What's your problem with e-coin. Using it for a few weeks and so far it is very stable?
Bit-X/Coinsbank had some weird regulation so if you are really fed up try one of the newbies like spectrocoin.

Man why you so angry what you trying to use your bitcoin card for? There are also other card providers like cryptopay and spectrocoin which are some recently open providers, you can try them. Hope their card will work if you are not trying to do something illegal.
