gokano has added a feature to know the exact time of the restock, so the chances to win the prize are significantly increased! however i'm a full time worker that's why i can't be connected on restock time 
I see , it make more sense now but I assume you have to either pay using cash or some points or it's totally free feature to get.

I'm not trying to prevent you from selling your account or anything , but from what you said people will understand that it's easy to buy those items , while it's not ... most of the time people will be late for restock since the items disappear after minutes of the monthly restock .
