I dont think Anyone has the power to stop the coin.
Shutter glasses are not a trademark of Kanye west anyway, they have been around for years.

Anyway the coin is still mineable, id love to see this coin revived in some shape, just to piss him off even more!

So is the coin really dead or does Kanye just have the satisfaction of sort of winning a legal victory?
