My faucet actually pays every user every 7 minutes, BUT on high load conditions what it does is limiting the total Satoshi dispensed over a period of 30mins. Dispensing time will always stay at 7min. Think of it like a dynamic faucet.

Your faucet is actually paid once every 30 minutes because you have safety limits.I try 4 minutes after full hour and faucet is not pay at that time.So to claim every 7 minutes is impossible and you need to change the timer to 30 minutes because in this way you misleading users.
Tbh i am seeing lots of faucets with timers from 1-30 min with safety limits, and they actually trick users, and what I think that in near future there will be less users in faucets just because this safety limits. Why do you even run 7 minute faucet if you cant pay 8 times per hour?

Faucet has 5 mln visits per month, I have to limit dispensing in 30 minute intervals, I would go broke otherwise. Try visiting it near half hours intervals

The bug you are seeing is a visualization problem, they are the following for clarity:
120 = 74,71%
210 = 24,7%
333 = 0,5%
777 = 0,05%
999 = 0,03%
66999 = 0,01%
