The first reason to have doubts about a site legitimacy is if they have a thread in BitcoinTalk Forum or not. As they don't have, I think they don't to answer questions and doubts of the users like "from where does the money comes", "how they can make the site survive"... The site seems nice, but I think it will be a waste of time, even they are paying, they can stop paying any moment.

Goldsmugglers have paid me many times. The minimum amount to withdraw is $10 equivalent to BTC.
There are innumerable members at goldsmugglers who regularly withdraw their earnings.
They have a referral program also which gives you more power.
This is really paying website

Ok, this confirms to me that this is some kind of scam. If you look at the main page, you will see "claims" that the players have been paid much

bigger amounts than $10. {Last payments} How do they generate their income? {advertisements?} I have played similar games with chickens

and eggs and it turned Ponzi. I hope one of the developers of the site can come to this thread and answer some of the questions being asked

here. I hope I am wrong, because the game looks good.  Wink

I am afraid no one will come here as these kind of games turns to scam always. They only give profit to the game creator and not the user. I have been burned before in ore mine, golden chicken, bitfarm and many other games which are almost identical to this one except they didn't ask to download 500mb or more file to play them.

I have successfully signed up with no problems. The game is not a browsing FLASH/HTML5 game as I expected, it's a simulation game about finding chests of gold. It surely seems legit, but it requires downloading at least a 500MB as the 'game' installer, which seems shady to me. And actually the Contact Us button shows up just after logging in...

Yup, signed up easily and then asked to download some "player" which is a 500mb+ file, looks shady to me too. Explored some more of the site and came to know that the highest someone has got by searching the chests is 5 cents.
Not worth it I guess.

Last time I stumbled upon such games it was through some sketchy ads on gambling websites. This one is relatively new, domain registered on 2016-09-19, probably has been running for a much shorter time period. Could very well be a ponzi.

I browsed the web, searching for some online Bitcoin games and stumbled onto this game ---> https://www.goldsmugglers.com ... Is this one

of those scam/Ponzi funded games or a genuine game? I also searched this forum and cannot find a thread about the game. The site does not

want me to signup, because it says that only one person can signup from this computer, but it must be a bug, because I have never signed up

for this game.  Huh .... The game looks legit, but I cannot confirm this... without being able to signup. There is also no contact email address to

contact the developers.  Roll Eyes
