Since Kraken has such huge problems with support, traffic and trade engine, I thought I should share some trustworthy exchanges I use frequently:
USD exchange:
Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Coinbase, TheRockTrading, Cex
EUR exchange:
Bitstamp, Coinbase, Coinmate, TheRockTrading, Cex
Maybe, instead of always only using the biggest exchange (which has huge traffic problems because of this), you should consider also using some of the exchanges above.
I use all of them since years and consider them fair and trustworthy.
