etherscan is best explorer i have seen for ethereum network and all ERC tokens , also you can check other data like code , smart contract detail .
alternate are ethplorer and etherchain , but these are not my favorite bcoz they are not even close to etherscan . in case of update or issue with etherscan you may use these alternatives .

Props to https://ethplorer.io/. That's also very clear and easy to use. I think it has all functions and info available on Etherscan but with a bit different interface.

Etherplorer also is a good alternative to view transactions in Ethereum Blockchain. Sometimes when there is a Big ICO in the blockchain it is normal to have a delay in transferring accounts because of the high volume of transactions. if really the transaction is urgent you can increase your Gas Price to be in priority, if not just wait for the transaction to subside and gas price will eventually be lower.

Personally I use Etherscan to watch the transactions in real time. Otherwise I use Ethplorer, because I like the graphics on the page of your address. That shows me easily if there is a new transaction or not. Besides it gives also the option to use their API.

I recommend using amberdata.io. I prefer using amberdata cause its like Etherscan but has more information.

amberdata.io, first time know about it

What are its advantages? first time I heard the problem amberdata.io
for this I just used etherscan.io/ethplorer.io
Maybe you could give me to know reserved amberdata.io

because I am lazy to googling hahaha Cheesy

Etherscan is doing an upgrade at the moment, and thats OK but I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to a good alternative?

Secondly I was wondering if there is such a thing that keeps track of tokens and coins in various addresses and keeps a value on them, similar to maybe the way the Bloomberg app does it for shares and bonds?

Ideas? Go.

Here are few:

https://live.ether.camp/
https://etherchain.org/
https://ethplorer.io/

From this list, https://ethplorer.io/ is my favorite but still I prefer to use Etherscan
Oh thank you vey much!
I use https://etherscan.io/ for a long time and I haven't find good sites as a https://etherscan.io/ before but I really liked https://ethplorer.io/
I think I'll use it in the future. This is great that on this website I can see prices and price change in percents.

very scary for now. if we are not careful then we will lose all our valuable assets. there is no good solution other than we be careful. has been a lot of victims as it tracks on etherschan. so be careful

I use only etherscan service. But as far as I know https://ethplorer.io/ is also good. But just try to google, I'm sure you can find more interesting services. But let me say I'm a bit old fashioned

yup i also suggest that, since ethplorer have new update with included price token on that time transaction, make some lag or slow loading for me.
etherscan is also good for choice.

Can someone recommend one that can export a proper .xls? Ethplorer .csv dumps everything in one cell per line. Thank you.

yes it is true etherscan is currently upgrading, other alternatives try you use Tokens (Ethplorer.io) to track your etherdelta address. related to your second question I have not been able to answer it

I also go with Ethplorer as a good alternative to Etherscan since they show the chart of each token listed in their database, which the latter and others were lacking.

I would be interested in an alternative as well, especially because due to the update currently deployed contracts cannot be verified.

Does anyone know how long it will take for the update to finish? Or when contracts can be verified again? Or another website that allows the verification of contract source code?
