Customer service is key in any business  and casinos are not an exceptions. Bad customer service is a red flag in online casinos. One should always find out information about online casinos to ensure that they know that they are credible and probably fair before usage. One of the biggest red flags with any online casino is a site which makes it hard to find information. If you look at the “About” page and find only the most generic info, or you cannot locate a street address, or you cannot find out about the history of the company, that is a problem. Likewise, if you cannot locate the terms of service or they do not provide you with clear information, something is probably amiss.

Transparency is also apparent when you are talking to customer service agents. Try getting on live chat or calling the company on the telephone directly. Ask questions about the company, fees, withdrawals, bonuses, and anything else you are interested in. How does the agent respond? Does she give you a thorough answer, or are there gaps in her information? Does she dance around uncomfortable questions? If an online casino seems like a fly-by-night, it probably is. There are a lot of scammers out there waiting to prey on unwary gamblers. But if you readily find all the information you are looking for, and you have a great experience talking with the customer service team, that is a good indication you are dealing with a casino that is worth joining.

The reputation for the site should be strong, but believable. What do you find when you look for information about the casino on third-party sites? If an online casino is regulated, that is one great sign—but you should also look at reviews. There are two main types of reviews that you will find online for casino sites: reviews by customers and reviews by third-party sites. In terms of both, you need to be careful with how you interpret reviews. Obviously you want to gamble at a casino with largely positive reviews, but you do not necessarily want to patron a casino that has nothing but exuberant reviews—otherwise they may not be genuine. Any business online these days will probably have a fair amount of fake reviews. So when you are reading customer reviews, you should be looking for specificity and balance. Most great reviews from real customers will still mention a couple of drawbacks. Remember that not every negative customer review is necessarily real either; sometimes they are left by competitors.

As to third-party reviews, these may or may not be affiliate reviews. Affiliates are companies that link out to online casinos to drive traffic their way. If someone signs up through an affiliate link, the affiliate makes money. This is something to be aware of, but it is easy to oversimplify what it means. If you see that a company writing a positive review for a casino is an affiliate, they do have a vested interest in selling you on the site. Still, this may not mean that the review is untrue. Many affiliates carefully vet the sites they review, and only recommend and partner with those they deem legitimate. As with the customer reviews, your standards for evaluating a casino’s reputation through third-party reviews should be about the same. You are looking for positive but balanced reviews, not overly effusive reviews which mention nothing negative. You also need to again be looking for specificity. An overly generic review with 5 stars simply does not mean anything. There need to be solid, specific reasons backing up the rating to take it seriously.

Find customer service is something most sites are over looking because it is so easy for them to ignore. Gamblers tend to worry more about gambling than potential issues with the dynamics of a site,so if they are rolled they are happy or not rolled not on the site. Unless they fall into the third group of begging, which is a issue but sometimes it is used to silence opposing chat. Not saying thats the case with the site you mention, just a generalized view.

The customer service is also a way to tell how good a sites foundation is in the bitcoin world.
If they take longer than 24 hours or not at all,it should tell you to move a long and find a site that responds in due time.
A example of a site that has lost its direction would be Fortunejack due to their lack of communication with customers.
The thread is barely responded to and their chat support is lacking or misunderstanding the issues presented at the time.
Its really to bad because I saw a lot of potential for this site and it seems destined to go down a route of secondary skin scraping the rake.

Think my biggest problem as you where addressing in the original post is promotions that ended but are still advertised.
Last night I contacted NitrogenSports over their dice promo they advertise to be told it is not active. So why are they advertising a expired promo that pushes customers to gamble more! The issue I find with them and it seems to be new,is the initial contact either misunderstands or answers half the question and ignores the rest. They also suffer from passing the buck, meaning they tell you to contact certain departments instead of passing it on themselves. Its a tactic to silence a percentage of negative reports, like a gatekeeper. Yet they have been the most helpful out of all the sites in the gambling world(bitcoin) that I have dealt with.

You got extremes in bad support as well like that defunct poker site Luckyflop.eu,that had a owner that would say one thing and then act like he did not say it the next day. The promos always had strings attached that he failed to mention and he would freak out on customers that queried the issue in any way.

Customer service is not easy and it takes up a ton of time, reason a lot of these sites cut that corner.

Begging in chat is really frowned upon everywhere, and usually you're banned from chat (rightly so imo)
But I really like the Rainbot on Crypto-Games, if you're just active in chat, you'll get something to play with eventually, just don't ask for it.

Betking.io got an good explanation why you are been banned from chatting in their chatbox, begging for moneynis not acceptable on any gambling site you just make their chat room awfull to see, just move on and try to find capital if you want to play just don't beg online, beggars are not suitable for that game, be more responsible and try to grow up.

Dean did the right thing, but he could have been a bit more subtle. ^smile^ In many of these sites, beggars take over these chat channels and they spoil it for everyone. A temporary ban normally solve the problem, but some people do not get the message, and then they get permanent bans.

These people are helping others to stimulate a gambling habit, not to fund their gambling habit. I compare it to the testers being handed out at the stores. You get a taste for the product, but you have to buy it. < Nobody gets a free lunch, there is always a catch >

You already say in your email, they state only for the first 400 players, so you are late, you should accept, why are you trying to get 0.005 BTC from dean and saying he is bad to you?

Your post here makes no sense

Betking.io is a legit and trusted site

I didn't ignore you. I chat banned you for begging, which you had done quite a few times and I told you to stop. So your messages didn't show up in chat, only to you.

I'm a dick for not giving someone free money? Smiley

I found myself feeling very insulted and tricked to get to betking.io today. I received an email stating there was a free 10 BTM waiting for me. Long story short I guess it was only for the first 400, and I was instantly annoyed upon realizing I'm not getting the 10 BTM. Being an affiliate myself I know there are a bunch of scummy tricks to generate traffic. One of them that works good is offering free no deposit bonuses, and just not paying up, because statistically just getting gamblers to the site will generate some revenue. Well I gave Dean the benefit of the doubt, but when I asked for at least 5 BTM to try the site back out, he replied beggars get banned. For someone who has lost several coins on his site in total, and had just received an email there was free BTM waiting for me, I was instantly steamed. I asked him to clarify i he has talking to me, and a few other questions and he just straight ignored me. Now I don't think Dean is a bad guy or betking is a bad site, but this was handled unprofessionally. I will go back and look for good things to say about his site, he is an honest man witch is a huge positive (A dick if you ask me but honest). I hope next time I post about your site it's good things Dean!
