to the Indonesia of the bank only, BNI, BRI also Mandiri Bank. some people use BCA.

I'm moving to Bali soon, and I'm just wondering:
what would be your top recommendation for a Crypto Currency exchange in Indonesia where you can safely withdraw to your Indonesian bank account from the exchange ?.. and I hope it's also in English

Also what is the most expat-friendly bank, where I can open a bank account as a foreigner without work permit, and not pay too high commissions... how do expats normally do it in Bali ?..
