If you really need it, then try a friend or family member. I don't think anyone would lend that much without some serious colateral. So I guess you could mail something, but it would take a while.

All the lending sites even the established ones are sketchy and unless you are very careful you will end up getting scammed!

I personally never lend without collateral and escrow that's the only safe way to lend
