If it was that easy I believe many leaders would have coped and pasted. Most of the countries mentioned here their leaders are only building on the foundations of past leaders. The likes of Dubai and Switzerland. Other countries are still lost on how to gather the resources they have with them. Most countries are still in confusion on how to set the pace.

In coming election even if we tell the leaders what we want they might just oblige just to win our trust and vote and once they have secured their place in office the do what the feel suits them. Fixing most countries will require leaders with selfless service and we all know that is never possible

That's what leaders on those undeveloped countries needs to do because as a leader when you travel out of your country and you see how civilized those countries are in terms of development and good condition for investors to come in, they are also expected to do the same so that the country will be experiencing growth but is only those leaders who listened to the voice of his people will strive for a change, however even if you reminded any politician about other countries they would just reply that immediately they win the election those things will be on there first agenda and after winning they threw it away as if they never had such conversation, I have seen a lot of politicians that does that, so telling them about it will not work because it will make them to lie more.

I support political leaders who promise for me good life like Monaco it's my role model

Many of these leaders mostly in developing nations travel to other developed countries, thus they know how a good system works. These leaders don't want free and fair elections because they are not popular, so they wouldn't want to conduct free and fair elections. They prefer an electoral system that is flawed so that they can buy votes and manipulate the electoral process. These leaders cannot dent that they don't know what to do to improve the quality of life of the people. But they know that doing thing right will not support or favour their selfish interests. They have the intention to steal the country's treasury so they will not make laws that will bloke loopholes which facilitate the stealing of government funds.
