I just said that to my friend if the chinese banned is temporary, i've learned a lot from the previous history about crypto. It seems to be the common thing the chinese just try to attack the market with fud to make the price down.

I have checked this news, it just mentioned China will sign ICO licence to some ICO project, but their is no evidence that the NEO will get this licence, so what do you mean by good news for NEO?
