Yes, I am related to the site, sorry for not mentioning that upfront.
We have a local version ccshop.cz, which has been working for over a year, we have around 5 thousands customers in CZ. This year we started several translations, including the english one at ccshop.info. So yes, this domain is relatively fresh (several months), but the project itself is already relatively established.
As for KYC - of course we do that according to laws, but we do not ask KYC from every customer right away. Most people start shopping smaller amounts and only after trusting the site, they buy more. So we do not bother most new customers with KYC at the first time. We have an advanced methodology for assessing risk and only require KYC documens when the customer is considered risky or when crossing legal limits.
